The location was great, the host very friendly, the bed was super comfortable, flat very nice.

Even though it was practically in the Plaza Mayor and we stayed during major festivities, we could easily sleep in the evenings. Our apartments were located on two floors, the wifi was strong on the upper bedroom, but frequently lost connection on the lower floor, where the kitchen and tv are placed. Most of the appliances are almost new.

Excellent location, I would recommend it.

wifi connection was temperamental in bedroom. option of late check out would have been useful. key collection worked ok, but had to call property owner.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, just off the main square of Caceres (the Plaza Mayor) and, by foot, only minutes away from the historic Old Town. Driving to the apartment is a bit of a challenge as well as unloading baggage. You need to approach using the Calle Bo.Nuevo, unload at the Plaza de la Concepción and exit via Calle Zurbarán. Don’t fork right at the Plaza de la Concepción because you will probably get a ticket (sign: Atención Circulación Prohibida) If you find a parking spot anywhere nearby, grab it! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and, since it was Sunday, we were graciously given a delicious local Iberico pâté and a couple of buns to tide us over. The apartment is very small and challenging. We swapped the fold-up dining table with the living room table and set up the dining table at the corner of the couch, in front of the washing machine. Despite the space issue, the kitchen was well-equipped and everything was clean. It takes a while before you get hot water in the kitchen so a little patience is required.

If you have any issues with steps, this apartment is probably not the best choice.

The location was very good, 2 minutes from Plaza Mayor, the hosts provided very good information about local places to visit and eat out.
