"Very pleasant and convenient for walking the Norfolk Coast Path"

No breakfast, we were in the self catering annexe. The rooms were very clean, light and airy but also warm and cosy.

A small welcome pack of coffee, tea, milk and biscuits would have been nice. There weren't many electrical sockets in convenient places, some were behind furniture which had to be moved.

The friendliness of the hosts, the location was excellent and the property was fantastic. We stay in a lot of self catering places and this was one of the best.
