L'appartement se situe au fond d'une allée pas très propre,le soleil et la lumière n'y pénétre jamais puisque seule 3 ouvertures 35x20cm dans la maison font offices de fenêtre .Du reste il est très mal isolé,très humide,un vrai trou a rat,sans parler des relents infectes provenant de la salle de bain. Heureusement la terrasse est une bouffée d'oxygène Les photos sont trompeuses.

The Casa was clean, tidy and functional. It may not be for everyone but for us it was just perfect. The roof terrace is stunning, catching the sun all day and the view to the sea are stunning. Competa is lovely, great bars and restaurants, friendly people and the town has everything you need. I can imagine that in the summer the Casa is lovely and cool inside. Please be aware that Competa is on a slope and there are plenty of slopes and steps to climb. The Casa also has stairs up to the living room and further stairs up to the roof terrace. This was no problem for us but could cause a problem for anyone with mobility issues. I think we will probably book again for next year we loved the stay that much.

Probably benefit from a lick of paint and a bit of TLC here and there but again it wasn't a problem.

Sie lieben Andalusien? Gut. Sie mögen Competa? Noch besser. Sie waren nicht in der Casa Mandarina? Selber schuld. Die Unterkunft legt nicht Wert auf modernsten Standard, sondern eben auf die andalusische Lebensart. Was nicht bedeutet, dass irgend etwas fehlen könnte - volle Ausstattung, zeitgemäß und voll funktionsfähig. Aber eben kein 100‘‘ Fernseher etc….

A great old house with lots of character and with all modern facilities, very close to everything. The roof terrace is amazing, with great views. There are 117 steps to the apartment so not for faint hearted!

Amazing location, lovely and clean and very friendly host. Very comfy traditional town house with everything you could need.

The actual house is lovely and well equipped. The views from the roof terrace was amazing,

The house was totally unsuitable for two elderly people. The were 35 uneven steps up to the house and no handrail. The internal stairs up to the lounge also had no handrail. We only stayed for 5 nights as my husband was trapped in the house. The advertising was totally misleading.

Centrality, decor and faciities all good.
