Great value for the money. Very nice and helpful host. It's a quirky little place with an odd layout. Good bedroom upstairs with two beds, that were ok. Small bathroom with shower cabin and enough warm water for two quick showers. The washing machine worked well even though we thought it was going to dance out the door. The lime green kitchen with its bar desk was perfect for simpler cooking. We liked the open layout with the living room. TV has many local channels. The upstairs loft would have been great if we would have needed more beds. The master bedroom is really small, but has a comfy bed and good storage. The balcony had great seating, but we wish it would have been able to open up more. The clothing line out there came in handy, but it took very long time to dry anything. Almost everything we needed was on hand. The host had even left both a sewing and a first aid kit, which was much appreciated even though we didn't use it. Good location near the port and beaches, plus supermarkets nearby. Wifi worked great. There were always free parking spots outside. Neighborhood felt very safe to walk around in, even when late.

It is obvious that the place is used by many guests with different ideas of what "clean" means. I had to wash all the dishes before wanting to use them. A deep clean is certainly due. Some kitchen utensils, like the frying pans, needs to be replaced as they were too worn out to use. I also suggest adding a tea towel and oven mittens. A bit too many dog hairs and other dirt for me to call the place clean enough. It also felt a bit too dark, with its lack of proper sized windows. It's location means walking uphill a lot, so not for the lazy one.

Excellent location; loved staying in a residential area rather than a tourist one.

Decor was a little dated.

The apartment was clean and had all we needed. It was in a good location, easy to walk into the centre of tow and the beach, and had good parking facilities. The enclosed balcony had good views over the garden and down to the sea.

Unlocking the door was a bit fiddly.
