"the hotel was nice, staff were friendly"

very nice facilities and very helpful staff

only 2 restaurants were open and we didn’t know that before hand. We booked specifically because of the heated outdoor pool, my daughter has special needs and can only swim in warm water. the outdoor pool was actually colder than the non heated pools. ultimately we couldn’t use any of the outdoor pools

"my stay was great The apartment was superb apart from the hot tub, not working."

property was great, very well maintained and clean.

Hot tub didn’t work it had fake sticker buttons on the wall nothing to do with the hot tub, hot tub was a heated bath. did not bubble like hot tubs do.

Amazing beachfront location. Very clean premises both indoors are outdoors. Excellent service. Beautiful mature gardens and lovely beachfront restaurant.

Apartment we stayed in (3519) is spacious but dated. TV in the sitting/living room was too old to receive English language TV channels. Also the kitchen appliances and fixtures are in need of modernisation.

The apartment that I booked was very old, the TV in the leaving room was the size of my Ipad. The AC was not working and what made it worst the electricity went out after few minuts from checking in.
