At your reservation, a rental contract will be sent to you to return signed. In the event of non-compliance with the general conditions, your deposit will be debited. Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 200 is required for the 1 bedroom apartment. Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 300 is required for the 2 bedroom apartment. Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 400 is required for the Apartment with terrace two bedrooms. Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required for the Apartment with terrace three bedrooms.
