Rivendell Apartments Flora Complex

The apartment was very well located, it was big enough for a family of four with two bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and had everything we needed. We only used the pool once as this was charged as extra. The apartment was very clean, we had our rubbish taken and fresh towels twice while we were there, all the staff were polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would definitely book to stay again, thank you.

Check in was slightly stressful, particularly my fault for not checking but we didn’t have the apartment number. The lady on the desk at the complex was very helpful and with in 30 minutes someone had called me to advise me of the number so we could in.

Location and facilities were good

Other flats cooking smells coming into our room via extractor. Had no water one evening for several hours.

Nice location, warm and clean room. Good internet connection.

Very well located, easy to check-in

A bit of camping mode when it comes to have meals, but we where here to ski, so this was part of the fun. Unfortunately our oven caused the fuses to go off, but the owner was very quick to react and get this fixed.

Value for money. Location.

To hot. Very warm during the night.

Cleaner didn't actually clean. We had to sweep the floor ourselves several times.
