Position and convenience , modern appearance . Comfortable bed and pillows..

Cleanliness of unit , needs a good spring clean to remove dirty fingerprint and hand marks inside cupboard doors and down door jams . Glasses, crockery and cutlery all had to be washed before use . Crockery drawer had not been wiped out . toilet had not been flushed properly and hand towel had been used. No bathroom toiletries except for a liquid soap dispenser on basin which contained watered down hand wash. The aircon was not able to be used on a hot night .

Great location, beautifull surrounds. soundproofing from neighbours, deck chairs and table, perfect to unwind after a day out hiking, very comfortable beding, so much to like at this place.

All small things but for a substantial sum a little more would encourage me to rebook here. The first thing I noticed was a dirty bath mat, stains and some blood spot, black tape around shower head, sluggish water tap kitchen( took ages to fill), cobwebs at door entrance and the front door and screen door need attention to tricky key/ unlocking and lubrication. aA chipped mug and glass still in stock. all minor things but they do make an impression.
