Nell' alloggio c'è una camera da letto e un divano letto che non era stato preparato pur sapendo che noi eravamo quattro ospiti. Non c'erano i cuscini singoli nei letti ma uno unico lungo, scomodissimo per dormire

La ubicación, a 10 minutos andando de la mezquita. Y el parking incluido en el precio, es un plus importante.

Es muy poco práctico el tema de que para encender las luces del apartamente haya que colocar las llaves, por ende no puede salir una persona del apartamento y quedar otros dentro usando la electricidad. No lo recomiendo para más de 3 personas ya que cama como tal es una sola.

The location was excellent, just a few steps from the entry to the area where you find the Mezquite but as we had a car things became somewhat complicated. The price was ok for being so close to the sights.

The intentions of the hosts might be the best but the whole stay unfortunately turned out feeling like a prison sentence. Very complicated entry to the area and especially if you have a car. Although the sub level parking was free (a big plus) the entrance would not be for the faint hearted - narrow as ever unless you have a Fiat 500. Beds were not very comfy and way too short for me (1.84m) Bed sofa the cheaper kind and thus not comfy either. The worst though was that we as a family with a child that needed to sleep could not separate, some of us going out since the only set of keys were on a pad lock with one key being the one for the electricity for the whole apartment, making a separation of the group being out on errands, such as picking luggage or loading the car in the garage etc would have to use the keys for at least 3 doors/gates to reach the apartment making the apartment totally blacked out in the meantime. Extremely inconvenient which made us feel more like prisoners having to make complicated arrangements with phone calls back and forth and having to hold up and guard the gate for example. They wanted us to drop the key inside the apartment upon checking out and even that turned out to be a little mind puzzle as the gate back out to the street required a key. A true Fort Knox! This should be clearly listed on booking ahead of booking.or being reconsidered by the host.

Vecchio, molto sporco, polveroso (inclusa nella prenotazione un dito di polvere gratis) , fatiscente e senza servizi, il posto è un piano terra con inferriate fisse alle finestre che affacciano in un cortile comune, trascurato, logoro e maleodorante. Il parcheggio è lontano e stretto, solo per piccole auto senza accessori e a vostro rischio e pericolo di fare danni alla vettura. La corrente elettrica si attiva con la chiave, il mazzo di chiavi è in un lucchetto, quindi se una persona deve uscire, quello che rimane in camera sta al buio, e senza servizi. Chiariamo subito che riguardante i servizi dichiarati: -Non vi è terrazza. -Il parcheggio non è in loco, se avete bagagli, preparatevi a camminare un bel po'. -Non vi è accesso ne fruibilità del patio, è solo un passaggio dal cancello su strada alla palazzina. -Non c'è giardino. -Non c'è servizio in camera. -Non c'è vista città. -Non c'è vista giardino perche il giardino non c'è. -La vista cortile, visto che ci sono inferriate e reti non la definirei proprio "vista", ma le finestre che affacciano su un cortile di disimpegno tra le palazzine ci sono e se avete le finestre aperte sarete "in vista" da tutti i vicini e passanti. -Non c'è banco escursioni nemmeno un volantino della città. -Non è definibile struttura non fumatori perché puzza di posacenere sporco e fumo stantio. -Disponibilità di camere insonorizzate? La struttura non vede una ristrutturazione da tempo immemore, sentirete i vicini ballare e strillare sopra le vostre teste, le finestre sul cortile vi permetteranno di essere partecipi del degrado e della vita della palazzina, e come dimenticare il grosso cane da guardia che abbaia rabbioso ogni qualvolta qualcuno passa in corridoio. -Non c'è stendi biancheria. -Non c'è stirapantaloni. -Il condizionatore c'è ma sembra un dispenser di malattie, sporco pieno di polvere e peli.

Great location close to many attractions. Good air-conditioning. Well equipped, clean bathroom and kitchen and comfortable mattress. Plenty of hot water.

Confusing directions and we had to wait for a long time for somebody to meet us to give the keys. Very narrow and stressful parking lot. Turning electricity on with the key (difficult when you enter in the evening). Uncomfortable, hard sofa to sleep on in the living room. One of the apartments we rented was advertised as having 2 sofas in the living room but in fact there was only one. All in all, it's nice for 2 people but not for 4.

Los colchones son viejos, la electricidad del.piso sólo funciona con una llave que esta anclada a un candado del llavero y solo te Dan un juego de llaves. El colchón es viejo y quedas con dolor de espalda después de dormir

Nous sommes arrivés à 21h30. L’adresse est introuvable avec le gps, une fois sur place il est impossible de se garer au parking avec un break (Audi a6) l’entrée est trop abrupte et non indiquée dans l’annonce. Hauteur max 1,80 non indiquée dans l’annonce non plus avec un coffre de toit ça ne passe pas, donc deux points très important non mentionnés. Une fois dans l’appartement il ne correspond pas aux photos de l’annonce en plus de ça, il y a une odeur de renfermée et d’ancien, la propreté n’y est pas non plus. Sur ma réservation il y avais bien cinq personnes , ils nous amené dans un appartement pour trois, il avait mélangé les réservations. Tout ça m’a agacé j’ai dit à l’hôte que nous ne restons pas la dedans qu’il pouvait refermer son appartement. Nous devions faire une escale en rentrant du Maroc pour se reposer. Finalement nous avons repris la route sans dormir. Je déconseille vivement à tous les gens qui sont habitués à un minimum de propreté et d’accessibilité de réserver ici. Je précise que la somme a bien été débitée.
