The location was great close to the park and bathing pool for the kids.

The apartment needs to be renovated, very old looking, and smells. There is an issue with spiders and badly needs pest control. The toilet makes a big awful sound each time it is used. The kitchen Utensils are not usable to make a meal.

"Walking distance to transport and pub plus the riverboat."

The location was as expected on The Hawkesbury Mariner with water and boat views.

The unit is looking like it needs a renovation. The septic system is very noisy but obviously goes with the territory. The outside area needs a good cleanup and weeding and mowing.
