Nice, warm spacious studio apt. Basic but adequate amenities. Host is quick to respond by phone, e-mail (check your spam box though).

Could've used some extra blankets if I weren't traveling alone. There's plenty of room for a bigger bed or an extra bed.

Excellent location - right next to Grande Place and easy walk from the station. Comfortable and clean. Great hosts - answered my questions quickly and sent through information in good time.

It was noisy at night outside so would recommend earplugs! The stairs are very tight and steep- the hosts warn you about this but just be careful as no large suitcases would fit .

The shower head should be changed as it spreads the water everywhere The noise from the steps from the superior floor was a little bit too loud

Location location location :-) And yes, they did answer my phone call at 11 p.m. Cleanliness was not an issue. And location is super fabulous, indeed.

"Okay, location is great, let's not get too serious about anything else." This was a date close to Christmas 2023, and prices in Brussels were rocket high. This looked like a good deal, a decent accommodation for a crazy price already. As a frequent traveller to Brussels I know that much higher quality accomodation is usually available for half the money off-season. Unfortunately, this place just didn't live up to the expectations the (unusual) price level suggested. 1) Basic furniture from IKEA budget line. 2) Poor lighting. (No table lamp, no bedside lamp. Some of the existing lights not working.) 3) Cold. When I entered the apartment quite late in the evening, all heating was turned off. It took almost a full day to reach normal room temperature on cold winter nights. 4) Some of the mains sockets not working either. The ones closest to the bed, of couse. Charging your phone is not very easy.

The location was perfect. The smell of curry relly permeated the air in the building but we didn't feel it in the apartment so it did not bother us. The couch was bigger than showed on photos and it was comfortable to sleep on. Good value for money for a ahort stay, we were able to exlore the whole center by foot and there were a lot good places to eat and toshop things around.
