The apartment is nice, clean with everything you need in a quite place in Brussels. The owners are nice and they let us to let the luggage at the appartment before check-in.

- Not fresh, bad-smelling bedding. Which I rate as absolutely critical omission! - Sticky floor and no mop to clean it - shortages in lighting both the room downstairs and the bathroom. We had to find and bought the LED bulbs on our own - in the bathroom, items from previous users, such as razors, were not thrown away - dirty fridge and oven. We had to clean them to be able to use - the roller blind on the ground floor window is damaged and too short, you need to cover the window with pillows - electrical sockets in some places in very bad condition - the sofa on the ground floor is stained and sticky, it should have a cover and the pillows should be washed - one of the windows on the first floor does not close - in general, the apartment requires general cleaning and corrections

The location was really central. There were bars, cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. The city centre was in walking distance. The flat was basic, but had what we needed, including wifi, a TV with Netfix (for the kids in the evening, and a small kitchen so we could prepare breakfast in the morning.

It could have been a bit cleaner. We were a bit confused about the coffee maker at first. A short welcome book would really help with instructions for using the coffee maker and other general useful information.

Great location, very clean and well equipped

The downstairs area was a bit dark and the blind was broken so we couldn't open it.

Very good place. Close to the station, but the street is quiet and peaceful. Good location if you travel by public transport. The apartment is very clean and well equipped.

The location is very good. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and major tourist attractions.

It is a cute house and could have been maintained better than its current conditions. The blinds are in bad condition and should have been replaced. The first floor is dark and the stairs/floors are dirty. The bed sheets inside the sofa bed have a musty smell and the bathroom is not easy to use at night as any guest sleeping on the sofa bed has to climb up the flimsy stairs. This is not the best fit for family travel.
