No hot water until we fixed the boiler ourselves Bed broken Toilet seat broken No towels on arrival then had to wait 5 hours to get them Staff always on phone when dealing with us. Was like a chore for them to give us the keys. WiFi didn’t work.

There is no hot water and heeting the second night.

Nothing, it's just like a brothel

Internet not working, apartment dirty and unorganised, staff not polite, beddings and towels stinky and rumpled, refrigerator dirty, food reminants littered in the cabinet, no TV, ran out of hot water in just 3days stay.. It was a very big regret booking this apartment.

Close to all the bars and nightclubs

Just the other stories of the building were really not nice the way it wasn’t clean and tidy in the hall while going upstairs

I appreciated the spacious and well-maintained aspects of the property, complemented by a friendly staff. Its proximity, a mere 5-minute walk to the city center, was a notable convenience.

However, I observed some concerns regarding the building's doors, which appeared damaged. Particularly, the door to the apartment where my family and I stayed seemed to have signs of a potential break-in. The unsettling noise produced by neighboring doors opening gave the impression of our door being accessed, causing discomfort and concern each time. I hope this feedback contributes to enhancing the overall experience for future guests. Thank you.
