Wir hatten ein Appartment, es war sehr groß, tolles Bad und alles war schön eingerichtet. Da unser Schlafzimmer zur Straße rausging, war es etwas lauter, wenn man das Fenster offen hatte. Die Lage war sehr gut und alle Angestellten unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man nach etwas gefragt hat ( zusätzliches Handtuch oder Pfeffer und Salz ) wurde es umgehend aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Das Frühstück wurde gebracht. Es gab eine Nespresso Maschine, dafür musste man die Kapseln selbst kaufen- das fanden wir etwas komisch. Es gab nur 1 Geschirrtuch und einen kleinen Schwamm, hier wäre ein Spüllappen noch gut gewesen.

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, beautifully decorated apartment and very central location

As 3 adults we had booked a duplex apartment with 4 beds. We arrived at 1530 and the room wasn’t ready but we could check in and leave luggage so we went out. On return and being able to get into the apartment we found it wasn’t a duplex and only had 2 beds. As a mum with an adult son and daughter this was no use. Apparently we had been upgraded but without enough beds it wasn’t very good. And they couldn’t move us - unless to a very basic family room. They did manage to bring s mattress into the apartment but it kind of spoiled the occasion and wasn’t what we had booked. Especially as the conformation clearly stated a duplex with 4 beds . We were also over run with ants at one point but the staff quickly provided some ant stop when we asked

Accommodation was in a locked building behind a locked gate from a main street, not very pretty entrance but very safe. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. I had 3rd floor property, stairwell was clean and well lit. Once in apartment I was impressed with decoration, furnishings, facilities. The place was beautiful, high ceilings, big rooms, 2 bathrooms, warm and comfortable, spotlessly clean. There was nothing at all we didn't like. Will certainly return to Budapest and this Accommodation.
