Immaculate, lots of hot water, comfortable bed, fantastic location and free, private car parking space nearby.

The kitchen was a little sparsely equipped with no wine glasses, corkscrew or chopping board. The heating (in early March) really needed some instruction to get it to work or a portable heater would have been much appreciated. We had a good deal of difficulty accessing the property by car even using Google maps, due to the one-way system.

-Very good price - Good location - Everything was clean - Has a working washing machine and dishwasher.

- The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable - There was only one (but a very wide?) pillow on the bed, although there was an extra pillow in the closet but no pillowcases anywhere. - The shower head was so full of limescale that half the holes did not pass through any water and the other half sprayed so hard it was painful on the scalp - The hairdryer does not get hot and is completely useless - Kitchen is very sparsely equipped; e.g. no cutting board, very small pans, only two mugs, no oil, salt, etc. - Iron and ironing board are provided, though the iron has a big burn spot (???) and the ironing board fell apart when we tried using it - No dishwasher tablets provided, no hand soap in the kitchen - Very harsh and cold lighting throughout the apartment

The apartment is really beautiful and the location is perfect.

They will send you so many email, that if you want to find any specific info, it's really hard. It's written, that you can call from 9-9, but if you need help and you will call them, nobody answers and nobody will call you back. The communication is really bed. The bed was horrible, the reviews on horrible ved are here for almost a year and nothing changed! It creaks, you have a feeling that you will fall, well nope - the worst sleep we ever had.
