"Overcharged for a place where it is impossible to sleep"

The location and proximity to the main square

It's right above the pedestrian street with drunk people screaming all night. We tried changing rooms but without success. Booking basically didn't even reply to our complaint. It makes me wonder why using this up in the future

"Wonderful home away from home!"

great apartment! was well equipped. very central location. having a washing machine was a huge bonus! needed some assistance with the door lock and the property manager was very responsive… overall, great stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

the entry to the building could use a refresh and lighting. an arrival book with recommendations for restaurants, location of groceries, etc. would have been helpful.

"I had a marvelous stay"

The location was excellent, and I enjoyed the view of the Danube from the balcony

The communication with the property management could be improved, it was not clear from the beginning that I had to phone on arrival so someone could come over to give me the keycode. in addition, the safe lock was broken but the safe anyhow was too small to take my laptop. Improvement proposal would be to change the safe to a new one that can hold a laptop.
