Nous n'avons pas pu récupérer les clés car nous n'avons jamais reçu le code de la boîte à clés. À 20h dans la rue, personne ne répondait au téléphone joignable selon eux "24/24". Nous avons essayé d'appeler plus d'une heure et booking a également tenté de les contacter sans succès. Nous avons dû être relogés à 21h30 car impossible d'accéder au logement. À fuir !!!!

We loved how close we were to the centre and the nightlife. Other people have complained about issues with loudness from the streets but we could not hear any sort of noise and found the place quite peaceful at night! We also loved the separate duvets! Meant that we weren’t fighting over it lol.

We couldn’t get through the front door! The keyfob for the very front door was left in the key box outside the apartment door meaning we were stranded until a nice couple let us in. Really someone should be checking to make sure it is the correct key box. The cleaning was not up to standard. We wanted a kitchenette so we could make food etc but the plates and cups were dirty which really should have been checked before our stay. The bars (not the ladder) next to the bed for safety were also really wobbly and need to be replaced. The bathroom also smelled bad but I think this may be due to the drains so couldn’t be helped too much.
