Since we didn't have a car, it really means to us that the bus stops were literally in front of our door.

the staff is kind and polite, the cleanliness is extraordinary, the bed linen and towels were changed every two days. they clean every day.

there is a problem with the water pipe. The cleaner turn off the air conditioner.

We had a wonderful stay in this simple yet fully equipped room, which includes a convenient kitchenette. The room was impeccably clean and serviced daily. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, and warm blankets are available upon request. Each room features a lovely balcony. The property also offers a charming seating area in the back garden and another at the entrance. Smoking is permitted only outside, which we appreciated. Parking is plentiful and readily available. Although the property is located on the main road, we experienced no issues with traffic noise. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the main street in Faliraki. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, fluent in English, and eager to offer advice on local attractions worth visiting. Overall, we had a delightful experience and would highly recommend this property.

One minor inconvenience. On a few occasions, later in the day, we didn't have warm water as it's solar-powered and likely used up by the time we returned. However, the water was boiling hot in the morning, and given the high temperatures, the cool showers were actually quite refreshing.

We arrived an hour earlier than we had planned but Sofia and her nephew turned up in minutes to let us in. Sofia is such a warm and friendly host. The apartment is clean and in a great location minutes walk from everything.

The receptionst Sofia is very kind and accomodant. She's a beautiful person. The hotel is renowal, very very clean. All days change towal and beds.

Amazing places super close to faliraki centrum. Lady who run the hotel is wery friendly and helpful. I have a great time there. Will be back.

Host was really nice. Location close to many restaurants, bars etc.

Building and rooms could use some renovation. Bathroom is pretty poor and rooms are a lot darker than pictured. Building next to busy road.
