La decoración en general está bien.

La limpieza. Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento. Y para ir con un bebé no es muy cómodo, ya que no tiene ascensor y es complicado subir con un carrito.

"Apartamento renovado muy bien situado junto al Puente Romano"

Apartamento idealmente situado a unos pasos del Puente Romano de Córdoba. Todo se corresponde con las fotos y la descripción, está como nuevo y todo funciona perfectamente. Cocina completa, camas confortables, El aparcamiento es descubierto aunque está por dentro del bloque de apartamentos. La entrada y salida es muy fácil a través de un portón con mando a distancia.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage, gute Betten, Küche voll ausgestattet, sehr gute Kommunikation, Parkplatz am Haus abgeschossen.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Ort. Keine Mängel festgestellt.

Die im Preis inbegriffene, sichere Parkmöglichkeit und die Lage der Wohnung außerhalb, aber in Gehweite der Altstadt, gefiel uns außerordentlich. Innerhalb von 250 m gibt es kleine Läden und Cafeterías ohne Touristenrummel bzw. -preise.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. I letti ed i cuscini erano comodissimi. L'appartamento era molto pulito, grande e confortevole. Ottimo il parcheggio per l'auto all'interno. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico.

Localização óptima. Na rua atrás tem a ponte romana e paragem de autocarro de turismo. Apartamento em optimo estado e todas as comodidades na casa, inclusive amaciador de cabelo. Impecável

Nao ter acesso entre a garagem e o predio.
