Cute, new and stylish apartment in the center

The hoist was quick to give information and the room, not really an apartment was OK

The accommodation is close to the metro which makes it easy to travel everywhere. It has everyhing you need, washer, microwave, hairdryer, iron, even sofa.

Perhaps just complete the spices for the kitchenette, as you dont know whether it’s new or not, maybe buy containers to make it look like its proper.

The location was excellent. There are tram and metro stops all around it. There is also a supermarket quite nearby. The apartment was on the inside of the building, so very quite. However, because of that, there wasn’t much natural light. The apartment was clean, there was hot water all the time. Overall, we’ve had a great time and I’d recommend staying there 👍

It was just cold upon our arrival which was a bit frustrating but the heater turned the room into a sauna in a few hours.

Close to Public Transport ... safe ..quiet and good wifi..shower etc

It was bit dusty ... shelving..TV and bed head ... but small thing..overall very clean and everything you need for a stay.

Clean, easy access, great communication with the owner. Great location. Highly recommended.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was excellent. I will use this apartment again.

Horrible experience! Almost from the very first day, we tried to get in touch with the property manager and tell her that the shower didn’t work well! For three days we could not take a normal shower! we came from another country,we had a long flight, we were so tired ! we paid money for normal conditions, which they didn’t provide us! after a couple of days, the master came and tweaked something - the water began to flow even worse, plus it became cold and everything began to flow out of the shower! We tried to contact the assistant, but she said that all issues should be resolved directly with property manager , and they did not answer immediately and did not solve the problem! We were never able to use the shower, plus then the water did not close and continued to flow outside the Shower Cabin. The water was running cold! Everything was in the water, the sink was clogged. It was impossible to live in such conditions, no one answered us, no one solved the problem! Due to the current conditions, we could no longer stay there, we ask for a refund for the time that we did not live there! We paid for the apartment from the 16th to the 29th of August! Well we had to check out early and pay another hotel with our own money! We left apartment on the 18th in the evening. We wrote your assistant about it. Didn’t get an answer. And just left. This apartment provide us not only with disgusting living conditions, but also show a disrespectful attitude towards your customers. We didn’t get a refund for 11 days ! No answer! Nothing! Don’t recommend!
