"cold showers as boiler was barely working"

It was spacious

There was no hot water for almost the whole of our stay. The boiler was not working and was placed near the ceiling which was almost 2m high. My friend had to stand on another’s shoulders to reset the boiler. I notified the host of the issue but there was no resolution as the hot water never worked. It only worked for the first two showers and we were a large group of 7. The lights in the property also frequently went off and we couldn’t turn them on.
