Excellent location, in the city center, close to all amenities

I like the location

There is only one air-condition it’s really useless because it’s located in the bathroom!!!!!!!!

The location is fantastic. Expert design. Well equipped with amenities.

The building itself is in need of restoration but the contrast is nice between the building (average in this neighbourhood) and the super apartment inside. Someone wrote that there is no air conditioning in the flat. That is not true. What is true is that there is only one. The host explained that this being a historical building, there are strict rules on what you can install and where. That is why only one could be used. In any event on a typical August day it was enough to keep us comfortable.

Horrible host. The person that answers you have never been to the place before and doesn’t know anything. NO AIRCONDITIONING it os a bog lie. Had to leave the apartment and go to a hotel couldn’t stay a single night there. Host refused to refund so I lost all the money I paid. AVOID AVOID

We had washing machine, vacuum machine which was perfect for backpacker.

The air conditioning was too small for the place and it was too hot to sleep during the summer.

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. The host was so helpful and was more than happy to provide us with extra bedding and an iron. there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and sofa beds. the place does fit 12 people. it is really central, within walking distance from the main attractions.

Very good location, nice decorated apartment and helpful host. For a big group the service toilet is a plus. We also like that they have coffee machine with coffee capsules, tea and sweets for the guests. We recommend this place. It is a good valeu for the money.
