Alojamiento el Realejo

El piso es amplio y tiene todas las instalaciones en muy buen estado.

Una cosa pequeña pero muy importante personalmente: no había cápsulas de café y cuando fuimos a comprarlas tampoco podíamos encontrar las adecuadas porque la máquina era poco común.

Olia mal y se veia que no estaba limpio , antiguo y no hay que hablar del armario donde guarda la plancha y cosas de limpieza , hasta arcadas di. Con este precio que menos que poner unas buenas persianas para dormir a oscuras

No nos informaron bien, íbamos con personas mayores y tuve que reservar otro apartamento y perder el dinero de este apartamento. El servicio y la atención al cliente pesimos tanto por parte del anfitrión como vuestra. Sin ética ni moral antes unas personas ancianas. Ya me ha ocurrido con dos de vuestros alojamientos y la respuesta a sido la misma, yo he perdido el dinero. Así que creo que dejaré de reservar en booking

There was no cutlery and the iron didn't work.

It was okay for a quick stay. Every room had AC.

- NO ELEVATOR. So be careful if you have big luggage. - It would have been nice to have washing machine. - The shower was too small and if you’re not careful the water will overflow and even reach the corridor. - They advertise as a place where 4 people can stay comfortably but one person had to sleep in the sofa cause there was no space to put the folded extra bed.

The apartment itself is in a good location to shops etc. The bedrooms were fresh and small touches such as basket with blankets were nice.

The settee was due to be our son’s bed as advertised as big enough for 4. The settee pulls out as a bed, there was lots of stains and sadly had no bedding for him and my husband swapped so he could sleep in the stains. The bath was painted so was blistering, we couldn’t have a bath for that reason. Also works were being done to the next door apartments starting at 7am each day - thus would be fine however July is so hot that you need to stay in the apartment all through siesta time to stay cool and banging was constant. Also have to stay up late to have meal out etc with the locals time due to the heat so 7am start of banging was hard for our youngest. What was good was the company arranging a move to another apartment which was the correct size and spotless.
