Location

The location is fantastic, but that’s not enough. The apartment hasn’t been maintained in years; I checked previous reviews, and the same issues were still there from 2023: a broken kitchen chair, a dirty apartment that hadn’t been properly cleaned, and a missing cutting board (which made cooking difficult). The towels were already stained and dirty. When we arrived at the apartment, the upstairs toilet was broken, the coffee maker was broken, and the kitchen sink was clogged. We waited days for all of this to be fixed—it shouldn’t be like this. When we arrived at the apartment, the gate to the courtyard was broken; the code we were given didn’t work, and other residents were also annoyed by this, yet it wasn’t fixed for the entire week. This was an extremely unfortunate situation, as we arrived after dark. We had to jump over the gate to get it open. Theapartment really hasn’t been taken care of—it’s sad. I recommend thinking twice about renting it, because the location alone won’t save your vacation if the apartment is in this condition.

Beautiful apartment with sea view from the balcony. The outside area is amazing! The pool is great and there are little pathways by the sea. You can lay on the rocks and jump in the water. Beautiful beaches are close by. Important to know: the upstairs bedroom has no door, it’s an open space but very beautiful.

Parking was a challenge, we had to park the car 5 min away

Fin lejlighed med det vi skulle bruge. Flot udsigt. Fin pool trods den ikke er så stor - den var ikke på noget tidspunkt overfyldt. Men det bedste af alt. Vi kunne gå fra poolen og ned på klipperne hvor der var stige direkte i havet. SÅ lækkert og flot. Alt gik nemt med kode og nøgleboks. Der var pænt og rent.

Vi manglede et stort skærebræt - men ellers ikke noget at klage over.

Excellent apartment & location. Superb WiFi (FTTP 500mb+) & Air conditioning. The host/operator/management company were so helpful & responded quickly to any enquiries. Big Thank-You to Antònia, who helped me with any enquiries very efficiantly. Very good bedding & super comfy mattresses. Will be staying here again or in one of the other apartments operated by this company.

Holiday Apartment, seemed heavily used & could benefit from some out of season TLC (especially the bathrooms) but it was near the end of the season. Happy to turn a blind eye to anything as everything else was excellent.

The apartment needs some love and attention, it looks a bit rundown and needs some thorough cleaning and change/ clean sofa covers for starters! There was no sponge, no dish washing liquid, salt/ pepper, oil/vinegar non existing, only 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom… very strong smell of chemicals when we arrived, couldn’t get rid of it for couple of days. Other than that, the location is perfect, very quiet, would like to return one day to this beautiful area.

Beautiful view and spacious apartment Beach access was great We liked the quieter location and ability to walk into Cala Ferrera restaurants Kitchen was also nice and big which we liked for our ten day stay, and the washing machine and clothes line was helpful too

This building is visibly old but renovated. We are fine with this but the quality of the apartment is poor and unfortunately it was noticeable to us and it affected our 10 day stay. Plenty of small things were broken or damaged There was no handsoap, dishsoap, garbage bags, sponges, Laundry powder, oil or salt. We had two rolls of toilet paper in total. We had to buy everything. For a 10 day stay and paying A$3000 this felt a bit ridiculous. The worst part was that upon arrival, the apartment STUNK of mould, mothballs, and strong chemicals obviously for cleaning? This combination of smells made me want to leave, it was so overpowering we had to open all the doors for days and then obviously mosquitoes came in. I ended up with an eye infection, eczema and a skin rash during this stay and I am convinced this was the cause. Also, the two bathrooms weren’t actually clean but just wiped down. Especially the showers were disgusting. We showered with shoes on everyday of our 10 day stay. It is clear that the cleaners just lightly wipe the tiles down because all the edges and corners of the shower were covered in visible soap scum and mildew. The tiles looked slimey and covered in grime. Its all gross and damaged and the entire shower honestly needs replacing. The drains also were clogged so the shower would flood with disgusting water from the pipes below. The taps in the shower are so old too that they are almost impossible to turn on/off, every day with this was an ordeal The bathroom sinks weren’t fully clean either and the inner drains also had visible mould in them. The common area where the stairs are is filthy, so much dust and dirt and not swept enough. The balcony wasn’t clean enough either, it was all sandy. I had to do a big clean and sweep upon arrival. A doormat is required and so is a vacuum Also, the Parking… there is a full area for parking that’s for “residents only”… it was never full, ever, yet people staying on holidays cannot use it.
