Nice retro apartment close to the tram line.

The towels were not clean, extra old furnitures.

Its near from railway station, and has all facilities

I'm traveling to Budapest very very often, and this was definitely the best accommodation I ever had. The apartment is big, the bathroom is really big too ( I wish i would have bathroom like that at home hahah). The kitchen has everything you need and even more. The view is amazing! And location is just perfect. There is station for tram, bus or metro right infront of the accommodation. The host is amazing and is there for you if you need anything.

There is nothing bad about this place, but I was traveling with older person and even tho there is elevator, you need to walk up one floor of stairs. It's my bad i didn't check that properly, but just be careful if you are having issues with stairs. Plus if you are not used to the sounds of night city, maybe look at some different place. My grandma who is not living in the city center had issues to fall asleep because of sounds of cars outside. For me it was no issue, it's not THAT loud, but if you are sensitive to it, probably look at something out of the center.

The location is amazing and we had everything what we needed.

The major problem was an old fan It was 37c the week I stayed and it doesn't hold upright. Bath Towels were very old looking and no extra toilet paper was provided, only one was available. Light weight bedsheets provided were old.

1- I liked the opennes and kind approach of the host and I apprecciate that he was available and responsive to my questions (picking up and responding to text). 2- I also liked the easy checkout with the box for just throwing the keys. 3- I liked that there was an ironing machine and the board to go with it. 4- I liked the location as well. There are some stores and restaurants nearby, also an ATM. 5- I also like that the place was well illuminated. 6- the apartment is big. 7- the main bed is comfortable

I didn't like a few things. 1- the toilet needs maintaining. There's water dripping all the time and covering bathroom floor. It dripped to a very small basket that filled every 20 minutes or sooner. I wiped the floor many times (not to step into the paddle again) with toilet paper and as there was only 1 roll in the flat soon I didn't have toilet paper. 2- the apartment smelled a little with something like mold. 3- when I asked for the possible key getting hour, I learnt that the shower needs fixing and the host would be there in a few hours to fix it. When I asked for him to come earlier, he did, but not as early as settled and I don't think I should have to ask for a working shower. 4- the door to the bathroom does not fully close. And to almost close them, you need some effort. 5- our cleaning lady was the person we had to deal with most, she was a nice old lady, but she didn't speak any English, which I specified in the booking, she was around 80 years old, so I felt very awkward that I need to ask her to go with me down the building to show me how to open the gate. 6- I had to interact with the cleaning elderly nice lady far more than I would prefer as, even though the host agreed to extend my stay for another 1.5 hour, which was kind of him, he didn't inform the lady and she came to open the door at 11 sharp so I had to explain he agreed to extend the stay (and she didn't speak any English). I later saw that she was actually waiting for this time at the store, looking through the glass door if we left. We left earlier than established, but I felt terrible that she had to wait, still, it should be communicated between the gist and the lady. To summarise I think the bathroom needs maintainance and before it is done, it is uncritical to rent the place, even though the host has a nice approach and intentions.
