Es limpio y bien dotado

En frente hay una fonda donde hay demasiado ruido, la música a muy alto volumen y los clientes hacen mucho ruido; en el primer piso hay restaurantes que dejan la basura frente a la entrada al apartamento y huele muy feo en el apartamento.
