Ferienhaus Bergpanorama mit Sauna & großem Garten

Very good disposition and furnishing of the house, plenty of space, large terrace, well situated near the ski bus stop.

Bed lamelled grids were broken on two beds in groundfloor rooms and one bedclothes was not probably washed properly.

This was our second stay at the house and we loved it yet again. Everything was very clean, all necessary facilities and utilities were made available to us, and the hosts were very welcoming. Would visit again!

Great location. One minute walk to ski bus stop. Good parking for 2-3 cars. House is bigger than it looks in pictures. Kitchen was fully equipped.

Sauna could be better - we weren't able to heat it up above 50 degrees C.

Great house, close to Mölltaller ski resort

We higly recommend this house for holidays. Very nice view, good location close to Molltaler Gletcher and sauna. It's very spacious and comfortable and has everything you might need during your stay. We absolutely loved it!

Very nice and spacious house in the valley - perfect location for skiers, close to local shops, as well as Spar and Billa. There is enough room to store your ski equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is very rare, so we were able to prepare food and cook every single day. There are games, playing cards - everything to make you feel at home, which is amazing! We are definitely staying here again if we come back to Flattach.

The heating situation was a bit weird - it seems like the guest controls the heating level, however there is definitely some outside control, because the heating would stop at some random times. We even thought it was broken and called the hosting company. They were definitely very responsive and even came on site on the next day, but after all they couldn't tell us what is happening, so we kind of got used to it. Also, bear in mind that it takes quite a while to get your security deposit back, because they release it up to 7 days after check out, but it also takes up to 10 days until the bank releases it. Another thing to keep in mind is that there are 5 bedrooms, but only 2 bathrooms, so if you are booking the villa for 5 separate couples, bear in mind that probably 3 of them will have to share a bathroom, which is not always comfortable for everyone.
