BpR Orange Dream Apartment

Everything was as expected and the host was very friendly and the instructions were give clearly. The location is superb, because you have many cafes, pubs and outdoor life next door. Despite is full of life, it isn't noisy or scandalous, and you can get a very comfortable sleep even during early evening. The apartment was very clean and appropriate for a 5-10 day stay. Thanks to the host to have the sofa-bed already set to sleep because we were 3 people that needed it for the 'third' guest. Actually, this is one of the only places around that we could find with a 3-bed bedroom/facility, which is a plus. Excellent experience for the price, would absolutely recommend it for small families and couples wanting to spend some days in the beautiful Budapest. Other pros: Comfy beds and lightning. Tram line is 2 blocks away Train line is 3 blocks away (Szell Kalman station takes you everywhere) Spar Supermarket 2 blocks away, very affordable prices Mammut Shopping Center 2 blocks away, with everything from clothing to electronics and food

The kitchen is very small and is was not very organized, could have been better. We even had to buy a pan to cook because we didn't find the one available until the last day we spent there. The kitchen sink had a continuous leak which wasn't necessarily an issue, but we don't like to be wasting water. The stools for the balcony table are worn and uncomfortable. The balcony can improve, because it has a nice view but is too comfy. The AC could improve as well, sometimes it just didn't work or stopped working and had to be turned on again. Absolutely necessary for the summer days/nights. The builing needs some light when entering it, at night you have to use your mobile's lantern because it's really dark.

Excellent location near the tram lines and metro. Good places to dine on the street below and feny piac nearby to buy fruits. Ac was working fine and nice balcony to sit in. The kitchen is equipped if needed and the bathroom was nice. The staff helped with ordering a car from and to the airport and was very responsive even at night.
