It was close to everything and had all the necessary kitchen accessories.

We received check-in instructions stating that the key would be in a key box. When we opened it, there was no key inside. We had already informed them that we would arrive at 1:00 AM, but they did not take the necessary precautions to ensure we could check in, so we had to stay at a hotel for the first night. The next day, we were told that the key box had been vandalized and removed the previous day, and the key was eventually handed to us by a man. We were told by email that this would be resolved with compensation, which I am still waiting for to this day ( 1 month + 10 days ) resulting in this really low rating. Additionally, the neighborhood is not safe; it is not advisable for women to walk alone, as we witnessed groups of men randomly attacking individuals (men) who were walking alone or with women.

It was quiet at night, there was a lift in the building, there was some free coffee we could use, there was enough space in the room, the apartment was clean and seemed newly renovated. There were some shops nearby and a children playground around the corner. The bed was comfortable. It was a pleasant stay, I would repeat it next time. Good value for money

The neighbourhood was quite dirty, there was trash in the street and some homeless people around, as a woman I would not go out alone late in the evening. The bathroom door made a noise. In the kitchen there was only the very basic equipment, though it was enough for us. There were no roller blinds in the windows so we could not darken the room properly for the night.

The location of the property is excellent - very close to Blaha Lujza tér, shops, and restaurants. Apart from occasional noises from a nearby construction, the apartment was really quiet.

Cleaning was sub-par - the carpet was dirty and had hair in it which was not ours, a thick layer of dust was clearly visible under the TV stand, and, most importantly, the bathroom suffered from significant mould growth on the walls, on the tiles, basically everywhere. The bed, and especially the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, likely the worst we've ever experienced in any of our stays. Also, on another note - the TV only offers 5 channels to watch because, as per the management, "that's how the dreamt it to be".
