Nagyon jó helyen van közel a metro, könnyű a közlekedés. Nagyon tiszta, felszereltség tökéletes.

Nem volt fűtés csak egy hősugárzó volt a lakásban, márciusban éjszaka még nagyon hidegek vannak, fáztunk, az esti fürdés is kellemetlen volt.
