ставлю 10 з 10, тому що усе відповідає дійсності. Студія, кухня з усіма необхідним, посудою, холодильником. було тихо, чисто. Дуже гарне розположення., поруч кафе відоме + супермаркет продуктовий, в пішій доступності центр міста, жд вокзал
