Standard Apartment by Hi5 - Center of city center

Spacious apartment in a great location. Very clean with modern appliances. Very convenient to be able to leave my luggage at their office until check-in was available.

There’s no AC in the living room and it gets very warm in the morning. The towels could be better.

Uncomfortable bathroom 0 storage there Broken and water leaking everywhere Should be a sign for the airbnb, as the instructions are generic with the youtube video…. But at least when i called them on whatsapp they were helpful and nice

It was pathatic decision to stay in this apartment. First of all, it was not clear in the instructions how to find the apartment in the building. I had to go to the reception which is atleast 10-15 min walk from the location, and then I was surprised to hear from the girl at the reception that she can't help and it's time to close the office in 10 min. She simply declined to help and said maybe someone will come to the building. When I said where should I go with my old parents, she said she does not know. I was surprised to hear that it's not the responsibility of the reception staff that their guest can checkin or not. Luckily my father found out the apartment but then also stay was very uncomfortable. They don't have enough cups, plates, pots for 4 persons. No AC in the living room in budapest heat. Only 2 small shower gel for 4 persons for 3 nights. Only 1 small handtowel in the bathroom for 3 days for 4 persons. And when I asked for additional handtowel, they said they don't provide. Apartment was not clean. Bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. Bathroom was clogged, you cant take proper bath. You hear lot of noise from the bathroom in the bedroom. Bedroom was very very small. Apartment was not comfortable at all.

Service zero..... My one day was wasted as there was no water in the flat... Instead of solving the problem the host is more concerned about leaving the flat in time.... Out of three days no one came to clean the flat... Would recommend booking. Com to remove this listing from the list and moreover their double bed doesn't fit 2 adults.. Its really small

The apartments was good and clean. The location is very convenient.

The apartment doesn’t provide any little things necessary for short-term stay. There is a coffee machine, but there are no pods. There is no sugar, salt or other things necessary for cooking. There is a washing machine but there is no washing liquid. It’s not that expensive to buy some of that but it will boost the overall experience.
