Király 35 Luxury Apartment with free parking

First time visiting Budapest and the location was excellent!! The host was so helpful and prompt in her responses. The apartment is spacious, very modern and clean.

If you have a lot of or heavy luggage you do have to get it up a few flights of stairs.

1. Clean and very modern flat on the second floor of an historic old building. 2. Beautifully decorated. 3. Comfortable and warm. 4. Shutters to stop street lights disturbing us at night time. 4. Nice eating places and local shops to shop for supplies. 5. Metro station at walking distance 6. Close to Christmas markets - 10-15 minutes walking distance 7. The owner was extremely helpful to any queries we had and very clear instructions to enter flat with photos and video assistance

1. 2 spare towels between 3 people staying. At least there could be 3 spare hand towels and 3 spare bath towels ( just a suggestion) 2. One of the toilet had sewerage smell 3. Extractor fan did not work in one of the the bathrooms. 4. No Clear instructions how to use TV. Whenever we tried to switch it on the channels would not come up. Each time message over TV screen was Scrambled program. So could not watch anything. We even rang and asked for help but not much luck. 5. Just for ℹ️ In the bedroom off the lounge - one of the Glass knob is missing from the wardrobe door. 6. Air freshener had to be requested to be replaced PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO WORKING LIFT. IT IS NOT ADVISABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH ISSUES TO USE SEVERAL FLIGHT OF STAIRS WITH LUGGAGE. My friends paid the cleaning lady of the flat to help them carry the suitcases down. It would have been really difficult for them if she was not there.

Perfect accomadation. Clean and in perfect location

The location was good. The apartment was well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was easy to communicate with the concierge.

The apartment is a bit worn. The stairwell walls were crumbling onto the floors in a few places. The fact that there was only one key for three couples made it a little complicated at times.

Very nice! Clean and spacious quiet and still in the heart of Budapest!
