I have tried to contact Booking.com about this issue. I don’t mean to give a bad review as I didn’t stay there, but there does not seem to be any other way to contact you.

I was sent the following message regarding the cancellation of my reservation. I am concerned that I am being asked for feedback, also no compensation had been offered for the severe inconvenience this issue has caused. Dear Trevor Rawana, You reserved our apartment Kiraly 35 Luxury apartment from okt 28-31. We have a serious problem, today our guest felt very bad, she had positive covid test. Now she is in quarantine in our apartment, we dont know how long (about 6 days), and she cant fly back her country. Because of this situation we cant host you. We didnt charge your credit card. Please look for an onather apartment, it looks much saftey. We will send to you a free cancelation. We hope you will find a good apartment, we are very sorry this situation! Sorry one more time! Best Regards Arpad
