NEW DOB 53/3 CENTER APARTMENT

Good location, close to city centre, near grocery stores.

smell of dampness because of air conditioner, couch could be cleaner and comfier

The apartment was really clean, everything is new, we had everything we needed. The location is excellent, near the city centre, the metro and the tram station. There are a lot of stores and restaurants (near the entrance in the building there is a bangladeshi restaurant that i totally reccomand).

The 2 bedroom apartment is big enough for 4 people but, as others mentioned, there is not enough privacy, you can hear everything from a room to the other.

Location, air condition in the apartment, there was left washing machine pod, so we were able to wash our clothes. Also there were left toiletries.

In the apartment where two doors and both had broken door knobs. Sofa was dirty. Also there was only one bar chair. The smell outside apartment is awful from the indian restaurant downstairs.

Amazing location and really quiet even though it’s close to a lot of clubs.

We were 2 couples and even though there are two separate double beds you won’t have any privacy from the other couple. It’s like sleeping in bunk beds, which fortunately for us was quite funny actually 😂 not really that big of a problem as the four of us are really close, but something to definitely keep in mind when booking !

We didn’t have hot water for more than 5 minutes every day and we had to wait 2 hours to have hot water between each usage. The heating stopped working. One bed was broken and the sofa also. There was no privacy for each room, one room didn’t have door. Too small for 4 people and no privacy at all! The worst experience I have ever had!
