We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment,near in the center and warm apartment we’ve been here for Christmas .. I love it

The property’s location - close to restaurants, fast food places, transport to the city centre, nearby supermarkets and the area is general quiet and safe - property has a laundry facility if needed.

It consists of a flat where the three bedrooms were converted into separate self-contained suites - which lend itself to poor sound proofing - one can hear every conversation in the “room next door” - unfortunately there was a loud group who stayed in the unit next door during my stay. Also inflexible check-in times - received the instructions a few minutes before the check-in time (15:00) and had to vacate the property by 10:00 (or a €20 until 13:00) - so you pay for less time at the place.

- the kitchen had a lot of utensils, but the kettle leaks and some cups also leak - the water was warm

- walls are paper thin. We stayed in New England apartment and the neighbours (not from the hotel) were extremely loud. All neighbours from the hotel were bothered, even at 2 am. Do not book this apartment if you care about your sleep. - personel likes to ignore messages about problems in the object - the apartment felt dirty and old. The quality is not like on the pictures, it feels like an old hostel. There are better apartments in budapest for a similar price, i would avoid this one if you prefer sleeping from 22:00-8:00 and if you like a modern and clean feel.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs (I was with two friends): we could walk everywhere, and whenever we were tired, the metro and bus stations were just a few minutes away. I would especially like to praise the communication with the hosts! Although we never met in person, I felt that they were always available for any information. Even before we arrived in Budapest, they provided us with important details—such as airport transfer options and currency exchange tips. Check-in and check-out were completely stress-free, with everything clearly and precisely explained. The apartment is absolutely adorable! Comfortable for the three of us, with all the necessary amenities in the mini kitchen. We stayed in February, and the heating was excellent. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay, great location for Budapest and train station and other transport. Very comfortable apartment

There are multiple apartments owned by the company so there should be other photos to show the different apartments available because we got one smaller than expected. The apartments are very close so you can hear everything from your neighbors. The walls are very thin.
