It's a Nice Mini Place with equipped required items but microwave oven and Air conditioner were missing. Near to All Major Public Tarnsport and Nice Area.

1st of all my sharing am experience it could be different with different people. Try your luck I stayed here for 12 days and hope my Feedback help the owner to improve. Just the room is at the end of Buliding with much up & down stairs with no slides which make the luggage bag hard to drag. Also please add photo of the room location. 1: toiletries and cleaning should be asked regularly specially who are staying for Duration. In 12 days no body reached us to ask if we need anything. So we had to clean regularly by ourself which was a fun 2: it's might be cozy for winter but for summers, their is no AC just a little fan which can't help you. It felt suffocate sometimes might be due to weather 3 : I was with my wife and Infant and the bed was small for us. I means 2 person can share the space but not 3.

The check-in was extremely easy via descriptive emails and even videos. The accommodation was easy to access and had a good location close to some very cozy cafés and city attractions.

The accommodation was not clean causing a certain level of discomfort. The floor was covered with alot of long dark hairs, surfaces were full of lime and other unidentified stains. Unfortunately, due to the room setting (with another room right next to ours + thin self-constructed walls) you heavily rely on the respect and awareness of other visitors regarding noises.

The host was very responsive, it was very easy to checkin and get our keys. The location to nearby transport links was very good, the property was in a quite area. Good tv, good wifi

The bed was a mattress on the floor, the mattress was dirty, underneath the mattress hadn’t been clean for a very long period with a lot of dust and hair. The fan was extremely dirty forcing us to clean it. The fridge was mouldy, the shower leaked from both corners. The bannister was very loose on arrival, the coffee table broke and had been repaired many many times previously, plug socket hanging from the wall. there were cockcrouches outside on the steps and sometimes found in the apartment. No microwave, no oven.

Great location, very central but silent (apartment in the courtyard). Easy access to public transport from the airport by 100E bus, and everything else from the main landmarks is a walkable distance away.

There is no AC, only a small fan, and multiple things either did not work (ventilation in the bathroom, coffee machine, TV remote (we bought batteries ourselves)) or were broken. Could not properly open the window while away so the apartment was quite damp.
