The apt is situated in an old and charming building, pedestrian area, withing walking distance of many wonderful sightseeing atractions. Budapest is made for walking. The host was kind to let me in 2 hours before the official check in time, it meant a lot, thanks Yair.

Everything was just fine.

Nice little apartment, got everything what u need, Amazing location, middle of the city, metro station is 1minute walk away, so u can get around easily. Lots of bars, restaurants, very lively but quiet. If u stay here go and have a dinner at the Menza restaurant, literally opposite the apartment good prices, tasty hungarian food, cocktails in a modern, stylish environment,my fav :-)

there is no light at night in the garden bit, so you have to use our phone, but there is a light switch by the staircase.

Location

The apartment looks nice and great location.

- The property managers are extremely unfriendly. We got in an argument with them because we dared to ask for extra towels (only 2 were provided overall for the apartment and one small not sure if it was a bathmat or for the hands). I would say it’s customary to have at least 2 towels per person + bathmats + hand towel. This is also how the property is advertised. But when we requested they acted like it was super difficult to organize because they’re a self service company (which isn’t actually stated anywhere and also unclear what that means) and that we needed to pay extra if we wanted to change the sheets and towels during our stay when it had nothing to do with it. We ended up getting the towels the following day around noon after several unpleasant interactions with the property management team including “to choose our words wisely”. I don’t understand why it’s so complicated to make guests feel good in your property. - On top of that, on booking the description says that loud music and tv are prohibited as of 9pm, but we received a list of rules via email of where it says noise above 75db and as of 8pm and in the property policy on booking it says quiet hours from 22h to 8h. I am not sure how guests are supposed to know what 75db is or what quiet hours they are going to be held to. - this email with rules had a very unfriendly tone and contained threats of fines for various infringements, which is just extremely unpleasant when you’re on vacation. It also said that we can write reviews but essentially to “not complain” too much. It had also this uncomfortable tone that we were being observed because they had sensors for noise and smoke and everything. - The TV is not smart and has a snowy image and only Hungarian channels not even BBC or any international news. - The mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work so difficult to put on makeup.

Large clean apartment situated close to all the restaurants bars. Close to the Metro so you can easily get about to all the city.

Heating set by owner no way to adjust.

Very good location. Big and comfortable house with very nice decoration.

the house was cold. The owner had locked the air conditioner, but also the panels, without being able to adjust the temperature intensity. The quilt was small for my height (1.82). there were big hairs in the bathroom, but also on the bed, also in the closet I found lubricant for intercourse 🤮

Property was perfect! Very clean and in a great location! Greeted by Tom who gave us all the local tips and tricks and was a great guy! Defo recommend excellent apartment and very good value for money 😁
