Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Please note that cleaning service is not included. Guests can clean the accommodations before they leave or choose for a cleaning service (surcharge). Please note that the city tax is not included in the price and will be deducted from the guarantee deposit (€350) for the ground floor apartment, €250 for the apartments 1st and 2nd floor. Please note that children are not allowed to check in without an adult also staying at the property, please contact the De Zandparel for any questions. Please note that Pets are allowed, but Big dogs are only allowed at the ground floor apartment. Please note that (for reservations, made after 18-11-2023) the normal consumption of water, gas and electricity is included in the reservation price. However, if we notice an abnormal high consumption, this will be deduced from the guarantee deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
