Walton Prime Apartment

Delay on the arrival day.

The space of the apartment is nice, cozy and just fine for 5 days. The appliances in the kitchen were useful and turned out to be vital for our stay there.

There was no warm water for 3 out of the 5 nights of our stay due to a problematic boiler. The communication with the call center of the accomodation was not particularly fruitful, seeing that we spoke with a different person every time and they told us to send it via message. We did send the issue anyway and someone came to "fix" the issue, only for it to reoccur the next day. The answer we got after that was that they had arranged to permanently fix the boiler after our stay would be over, and yo try and reset it until then every time it showed an error. After me pushing for technical support they "sent" someone again when we were out, but the problem was there like before when we returned in the afternoon, so they weren't really fixing it. (The boiler was spitting water and had raised pressure above 3 bars, so not the safest either) All in all they didn't even recommended moving us to an apartment that didn't have issues and all we got was 30€ of compensation for a stay worth above 300€ and 3 shower-less nights. Keep from that what you will.

Good location and nice apartment.

Washing machine was broken - I booked the place because of the washing machine. Last morning something happened with the water boiler, so had no water for getting cleaned up and water all over the bathroom floor. Also, toilet is a bit tricky. You have to play with the flushing lever to make the water stop running.

Conveniently located, clean and quiet.

Pillows too small.

The location was great. Very close to the city centre, the parliament, and the Danube river. The building and neighbourhood are very quiet and nice. The flat has all the stuff that you need, soap, shampoo (more shampoo and toilet paper would be nice as it wasn't enough for 3 nights), TV, kitchen with stoves, and a fridge.

Beautiful, clean and spacious room! Also perfectly located.

Good location, easy instructions to get keys and with even video instructions. Apartman has everything that you need.

I can't resent this, more like reminder, check out is by 10AM and literally at 10.01 there was cleaning lady so we had to speed up packing.
