Très bien situé pour visiter la ville

Beaucoup de bruits la nuit dans la rue( fêtards, ambulances...). Il manque des verres dans la cuisine

Очень понравилось проживание .апартаменты находятся в очень хорошем месте. Бары магазины,супер транспорт,от 10 до 100метров от дома. Очень понравилось общение с хозяйкой. На любую просьбу мгновенная реакция.у меня был день рождение,муж купил цветы,поставить было не куда,на следующий день у нас стояла просто восхитительная хрустальная ваза,спасибо маме Моники. Ещё, так как мы были 8 дней,мне бы хотелось что бы у нас проводилась какая то уборка. И снова мгновенная реакция. За небольшую доплату нам меняли полотенца делали влажную уборку,мыли посуду находили лоск. Даже когда мы уже уехали домой,Моника звонила и интересовалась как мы долетели и как нам понравилось в апартаментах., что очень мило с её стороны. Ещё хочу сказать очень важную для меня вещь. Мы с мужем уже немолодая пара и иногда храпим ночью мешая друг другу спать .В апартаментах есть 2 громадные спальни и 2 очень большие кровати и самое главное плотная дверь между ними.так что мы действительно отдохнули и выспались Вообще всем рекомендую. Ещё если вы на долго в Будапеште сделайте через приложение билеты на все виды транспорта.это очень удобно и дёшево, так как транспорт очень хорошо и часто ходит .

Some of the positives: the location is fantastic, just a short walk from Octagon metro station, and the area is lively most days. The living room was spacious, and the bedroom served its purpose well. The extra wash made a bidet unnecessary, and the apartment was bright and sunny with good ventilation. The host spoke English and was very helpful, she even came by to change the towels since we stayed over a week. There was a minor internet issue, but she quickly found a solution by providing a phone hotspot. However the solution to the TV was not fixed and with kids that was a concern.

I don’t have many complaints, but a few issues are worth noting. The address listed on the website was different from the one shared by the landlord, so I had to carry my bags and walk about 200 m to find the actual apartment. The internet and TV didn’t work for several days, the landlord mentioned they were broken by the previous guest. While she couldn’t fix the TV, she was helpful in providing an alternate WiFi phone so we could at least access the internet. The TV still didn’t work, which wasn’t ideal, especially with kids. The apartment is in a busy area, and the only real disturbance came from frequent ambulances passing by day and night. This isn’t the landlord’s fault, but families with kids should be aware of it.

I enjoyed my stay here overall. The apartment is very clean, spacious (easily enough room for a family or group of five), and the WiFi is fast. The location is excellent for getting around Budapest, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The host was also very friendly and helpful, which made the experience feel welcoming. There are a few areas that could use some attention. The listing mentioned air conditioning, but there were only fans, which made the apartment warm at times. The fridge/freezer combination wasn’t working properly, as the freezer door wouldn’t close and caused everything in the fridge to freeze. The cooker is just a small portable stove, and I couldn’t get it to work, which made cooking difficult. The shower worked fine but felt a little unreliable at times. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-located apartment that’s great for short stays, especially if you don’t plan on doing much cooking. With a few improvements, it could be an excellent place to stay.

The property was really beautiful, and in a busy city it felt safe and secure behind a gated community. The location was excellent. The property, although on level 2, had good accessibility with a lift. The apartment was very clean, and our host was very friendly and easily able to be contacted.

There’s not a lot that you could not like about the property. Like some reviews have said, yes with the windows open it is noisy, but it’s on a very busy street so to be expected. There also isn’t aircon, but the ceilings are so high that this probably wouldn’t be appropriate anyway. There are fans provided which did the job. The only thing I can think of is that we wouldn’t loved a toaster.

Nettes Apartment in Budapest. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Im Zentrum, man kommt auch zu Fuß überall hin.

Odalar temiz ve rahattı ev sahibi ilgili ve nazikti her zaman her konuda yardımcı oldu evin konumu merkezde.tarihi binalara ise çok yakın .sadece otopark sorunu var onuda ücretli olarak sokağa park ederek çözdük. Ailece çok memnun kaldık herkese tavsiye ederim ev sahibine nezaketi için ayrıca teşekkür ederim yolumuz yine düşerse bu ülkeye yine gelir burda kalırım

Great location.

The WiFi wasn't working the whole 3 days. Not enough toilet paper. Fans are not sufficient for August. The place was unbearably hot during the nights.
