Dembi at the Great City Park

Beautiful and big house with nice view.

A lot of stairs to go the house and it was not soo clean.

The position was excellent, you can walk towards almost everything and don’t need to rent a car or public transport too much. It’s probably the best price-quality ratio in Budapest.

The cleaning could have been better. There was dust in multiple places like drawers and other pieces of furniture. For a 5 days stay, the towels and toilet paper were not enough. Also I did not like that I was requested extra money in cash for the city tax. I do not believe that this cannot be covrered in the booking price.

A spacious, charming and warm apartment, 15 minutes' walk from the great city park. The self check-in was very helpful and did not limit us at the time of arrival. The explanation given for opening the gate and the door was accurate. We had a pleasant and successful stay.

Very clean and spacious. Warm, more than 21 degrees which was very nice. There are public parking spaces on the road but you have to pay and be early to find a spot.

There is a smell coming from the bathrooms drainages, the one with the window smells pretty bad, the other one just a bit.

There was great hospitality, coziness and comfort!

Climbing up the staircase to the apartment on the 4th floor, also a creaky floor.

Large apartment that was reasonably clean Directions regarding entry were good.

I'm not sure who to blame, but a couple of weeks before our stay and after we had paid booking.com in full, I received a message from the hosts saying that booking.com had not been paying them and that we needed to pay them directly if we wanted to keep our reservation. Really stressful as it was a holiday weekend. I called booking.com and then received a message from the property saying they had been paid and all was good. This was incredibly stressful. I will not be booking an apartment through booking.com again and I will not be booking a return visit here. It was a holiday weekend and there was very little left to book at any price. The stress was horrible - and I was worried right until I had access to the apartment. Although the stay was decent ( the air con was only in the living room, which ment the bedrooms were super hot but otherwise it was good) the whole experience with the property was really poor.
