"Posizione ottima, pulizia anche!"

Appartamento veramente accogliente e staff disponibile e pronto alla risposta. Per quanto riguarda il famoso "strano odore di fogna" non è così forte, basta chiudere la tavoletta e non si sente nulla. Non preoccupatevi!

Peccato in generale dentro sia malcurato ma non è colpa del proprietario singolo ovviamente

Casa grande accogliente in ottima posizione

Terribile odore nel bagno, abbiamo tenuto la finestra aperta e risolto in parte, pianerottolo occupato da buste con macerie per probabili lavori in corso nell'appartamento adiacente. L'interno del palazzo è fatiscente.

"Apartamento muy amplio y tranquilo"

Es muy grande y las camas cómodas. Tiene una cocina bien equipada. Hay incluso lavadora. Nosotros solo estuvimos 3 noches y prácticamente ibamos sólo a dormir, pero es perfecta para largas estancias. Se está muy tranquilo ya que todo el apartamento da a un patio interior y es súper silencioso. Está muy bien ubicado. El contacto con el propietario es muy fácil y rápido.

Quizás debería mejorar la limpieza del baño. Las escaleras y los rellanos están bastante descuidados. Dan muy mala impresión, aunque como he dicho antes, toda la comunidad es muy silenciosa y respetuosa. Se está muy tranquilo allí dentro.

"Buen alojamiento en Budapest"

Estuvimos 3 personas,el apartamento está fenomenal, bien situado,amplio, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agusto en esta estupenda ciudad

El edificio donde está es muy viejo y con poco mantenimiento, pero tenía ascensor que es importante teniendo en cuenta que es un tercer piso
