Lighting on the external stairwells

Location was perfect, right in the centre of the city and local to all amenities. Apartment was spotless and very spacious. We took our two teenagers and all enjoyed the stay. You can hear the underground but this didn’t affect our sleep but one to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise.

Perfect location, can’t ask for better area, very closed to everything great food around, just 6 mins walking to the chain bridge.

Beds could be better comfortable

Excellent location. Clean apartment.

1. The apartment is located above a restaurant. This means a horrible smell of burnt oil 24/7 in all the common areas (backyard, entrance, stairs) and a backyard that looks like a restaurant's back lot. 2. The apartment includes four beds, but two are in the living room. So be minded that, despite the description stating there are two bedrooms, you actually only get one real bedroom. 3. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with no elevator, This means you will have to schlep your luggage up a pretty steep staircase. 4. The kitchen has only tall bar stools. Unsafe and pretty much unusable for families with little kids. 5. The TV in the living room is tiny. Useless if you want to sit on the sofa while watching it. 6. The apartment came up in a search in which the filter “parking” was checked, but it does not have a parking spot. 7. WATCH OUT: We booked with a non-refundable payment, but the owners still asked for an additional payment, equal to the full price of the stay, through a non-reversible bank transfer as a “deposit”. They claimed this outrageous demand was non-negotiable. We didn’t even bother replying, and not surprisingly, they didn’t follow up.

1. The location is the best in Budapest! Close to everything. Bus metro, center! 2. The apparent clean, have everything you need. 3. The stuff is helpful and friendly.

1. You hear the metro so if you sensitive to noise, can be a problem. 2. The entrance to the apartment is accompanied by the smell of burnt oil from the restaurant below (the apartment has no smell at all). And the entrance was a little dark near the door so we used a flashlight to open a door with a key at night.
