The location is excellent, on one of the active streets with plenty of options to eat and drink, close to public transit, a gym, the river, and many conveniences. The property had two security gates, and was a quiet internal courtyard with strict rules about silence.

The shower was broken, when I turned it on I found out the bracket was wedged in place, it failed and the shower head flew out and soaked me and the bathroom. The shower also overflowed if it ran for more than two minutes. The sink was also clogged or slow draining. The refrigerator barely worked and the food we kept in it overnight spoiled as it didn't settle to a cool temperature during our first day. I assume it only got turned on the day we arrived.
