Very Good location, and very comfortable apartment

It was everything Perfect

The location was excellent and the appartment was spacious and really nice.

Nothing I didn’t like about it

Great location, easy walking distance to the centre of town. The main bedroom was a decent size, the second bedroom was small. Lovely bakery and coffee shop across the street from the apartment!!

Facilities: listed with a coffee maker & shows an image, there wasn’t one at the time when we stayed. Kettle was broken so they had a tiny plastic replacement with no automatic switch off. I immediately reported my concerns but only when I got scolded did they replace the kettle with a proper domestic kettle! Sauna is small, big enough for 1 person. The larger shower head had black mould, but small one was fine. Very limited kitchen utensils, no tea towels or oven gloves, and the number of the plates are chipped.

La casa es muy acogedora y practica. El servicio de atencion es de 10. Tuvimos un reto con la puerta de la entrada y a las 12 de la noche tardaron a penas 2 minutos en darnos una solucion Muy bien comunicado y camas comodas! Super recomendables!

No tengo ninguja queja!!!

The property manager was alerted to the fact that we would check in late, sent us codes for the external gate and the apartment door. Upon arrival it was evident that the external gate access code was not working, we contacted Bryan who offered no immediate assistance, he asked for a video which was sent to him. This ruined our stay as we could not all go out together as someone would have to stay there to let us in again, this resulted in our plans being ruined and only on the last day did we receive proxies for the external gate which were supposed to be dropped off the next morning from our arrival, we were to leave let Bryan know of our arrival 30mins prior so he could meet us outside with proxies, we waited around 15mins and someone let us in finally, I then sent Bryan a message saying we would wait in the apartment for him to bring the proxies, 3 hours we waited and nothing, he was not even responding to our texts at this point, which resulted in another wasted day. This was very disappointing.
