Surprised buy everything in the apartment! The sofa make a lot of noises, like fridge and also the bad in the room, but what was the most surprise for me was the floor who was unbearable!! I was there with my baby and every step I make the baby was awake!

Lovely apartment in a good location. Zoltan is a great host.

Cozy and clean apartment in a new building, near the center of the city. We could just park our car and enjoy Debrecen with bicycles from here. Our daughter loved the terrace 🙃

The only one minus we had was the mattress, that was not so comfortable, but everything else was perfect.

Chic interior design. Meticulously clean. High quality electricals (fridge, stove, washing machine). 350 meters walk to Lidl supermarket.

The general lack of attention to details and I dare say some disorganisation i.e: 1) The shutters in the bedroom were stuck but the host didn't alert me to it so I woke up earlier than usual during my 3 night stay. 2) Half of the balcony green 'flooring' keeps folding (can easily be remedied by positioning a heavy plant and it would make sitting there more pleasant. 3) No wine opener (only discovered its absence after I bought a bottle of wine). 4) Check in and check out details could be more detailed to eliminate any confusion or misunderstanding. 5) The pillows are very large and square (not uncommon in Hungary. I don't know why many Hungarians prefer these pillows but that's how it is). 6) A more reliable key holder is needed. What I detailed above did not cause a major inconvenience so I didn't alert the host to them but it is why I assess the apartment and experience as 9 out of 10.

Exceptional appt. Convenient, practical, modern, designed with good taste, has everything one needs for both a long and a short stay. The host Zlotan is friendly and helpful. The terrace is great, there is also a convenient outdoor furniture.

The location is OK, but not the best possible. 12 min walk to the center. There are few bus stations 1 min walk. However, using buses is a bit complicated. A better location might be between the city center and the forest, or close to the routes of trams 1 and 2.

The flat is superb! The terrace is lovely! Zoltan is the perfect host!
