NIce and spacious apartment, suitable for a family with kids. Well equipped kitchen. Good air-con in both rooms. Central but quiet location, 5min from metro Station.

The building entrance and inner yard is a bit neglected and looks partly abandoned. But the apartment itself is well maintained.

Location, the owner kindly provided us a free parking spot, suitable for a small car, though 2.5km away, but nice walking up to the car park

Close to the city center, shops, bakeries and quite good restaurants. 2 toilets (important when travelling with kids) VERY BIG & well equipped kitchen. Very helpful owner giving good tips for the stay.

It is only visual issues which do not impact the comfort of the stay. Some small things could be repaired (LED list in the kitchen, some furniture parts are sticking out). and some walls repainted after small repairs. Also, a lot of unnecessary stuff in the drawers (forgotten by guests? )

Everything was perfect. The location (walking distance to two metro stations and restaurants, convenience stores right next door), the apartment itself was cozy, warm, very well cared for and spacious

Owner gives untrue information about the property. (1) The description says there are parking possibilities nearby. There are NONE. The parking on the street is limited to three hours, so no option. The closest option is a public garage which is three blocks away and costs 55 EUR/day. (2) There is supposed to be a terrace. This is outrageous, as what the owner calls a terrrace is a narrow gangway from the elevator to the appartment door. She says it’s a terrace because (sic!) one can smoke there. Come on … We didn’t like to be cheated like this so we were angry.

The location was such a pleasant surprise! The apartment is just steps from the Metro, Tram, and Bus lines, as well as two grocery stores and a convenience store for personal items. The nearby restaurants were very good (Wasabi -- a great Japanese restaurant for a change of pace from traditional Hungarian fare) and we were in walking distance of terrific breakfast and dinner restaurants. But the access to public transportation was key -- and with the Budapest card, our transportation was free (we took a taxi just once). We were four adults and the apartment was perfect with its two spacious bedrooms, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a powder room, and full bathroom. Gabriele was attentive and recommended an excellent restaurant on the Buda side for a celebratory birthday dinner. It was one of the best restaurants we have visited -- in any country!

The wardrobe doors in the master bedroom were not functional.
