Ruhige Lage, immer Parkplatz vor der Tür, Balkon. Schöne Stadt.

Küchenausstattung eher sparsam. Die Nachbarn haben ihren Balkon zum Rauchen genutzt, oft im Qualm gesessen.

Es ist eine schöne,sehr helle FeWo die sehr zentral gelegen ist!

Leider liegt diese FeWo im 3 Stockwerk ohne Aufzug. Wenn man dort sein Gepäck hoch tragen muss ist das nicht so einfach. Ebenso könnten ein paar scharfe Messer vorhanden sein. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten 😊
