"Pleasant"

The host was very very nice, asked to bring anything if we needed. The complex has two semi-indoor swimming pools, two small gyms and vast parking. there is also a washing machine and a dryer in a basement floor. the complex is very green, comfortable and safe. in a 3 min drive there is a great supermarket. the beds have good mattresses. kitchen is equipped quite enough for cooking simple stuff.

I assume the flat needs some retouch or renovation. The shower leaks, walls need repaint and etc details. I would recommend this apartment only for a family with a small kid. I have already seen here a comment like that but didn’t pay attention. it does NOT have two normal bedrooms, the second one has no windows. (those blinds in the pictures cover a small window leaf to a corridor). also this apartment lacks clothing storage and hooks for coats and towels. literally not a single one in a whole flat. pay attention that there is no dish washer.

"Exceptional"

Everything was wonderful. The hostess is as friendly as possible and tries to fulfill any wish. Entry to the territory through the security point. There is a great park on the territory, two 25-meter swimming pools. The apartment is very comfortable, has everything you need.

Small disadvantages: 1. Swimming pools are open with a lunch break 2. Only one set of keys was issued, which is inconvenient for a family of 3 people. 3. Far from the sea (5 minutes by car) and no shops nearby (10 minutes by car).
